I called to place an order to be delivered on the same day. The florist on the phone was so nice and took the time to explain what flowers were available and what would look nice. Later, she sent me a picture of the bouquet to be delivered and it was absolutely beautiful and fitting for my friend. Then, a little later, the florist called me to say my friend was away on vacation and wouldn’t be home until after Labor Day. (She knew this because she made the phone calls to find out, one- to make sure my friend was at work, and two - to call my friend and find out when she’d be back. I felt horrible, as the bouquet obviously wouldn’t last and now what? I knew it would be my responsibility to replace the order or find another recipient. To my surprise, the florist (I wish I knew her name) simply said she’d try to sell the bouquet and would make a new one to deliver to my friend when she came back from her trip. I was blown over! She could’ve left them at the front desk where my friend worked and her end of the deal would’ve been fulfilled. Instead, she did a lot more foot work in calling and making two deliveries, plus, gave freely of her flower supply to make an extremely happy custom

I placed an order on Thursday for Friday delivery. At 3:45 I received an email saying that they cancelled my order. Too late to order anyplace else. They could have called me earlier and offered a different selection. It was $125 order and they were not even sorry about it. Sucks

I live in Texas and wanted to send my wife flowers for Mother's Day since she was travelling. Shawna handled everything so well and the flowers lasted the entire 9 days my wife was away. Truly appreciate the detail and level of customer service! Highly recommend.

I live in California and found Boxy Blooms on yelp. Shawna called me to get details for my order and I appreciate the details with the bow. I appreciate that there's a florist that I can trust for special celebrations for my family that live in Box Elder area. I had the best experience. The owner was so lovely and helpful. She even went out of her way to buy candies for my arrangement to make it the perfect gift. I highly recommend! 10/10
